I have not blogged in over a year. I think part of the reason was because my blog template had become quite dated. I tweaked it a bit to make it semi-responsive a while back. But, I have never been happy with it. So, I decided to build a new, mobile first. For sizing things, flexbox. I found the header graphic.

One of these is Kinto. Which is the core of Kinto. I enlisted the help of one of our team tool-makers Dave Hunt.

A lot of things in programming are argued to death, but one subject where people almost unanimously agree is that magic numbers can be a pain in the ass, and they should be avoided whenever possible. Sadly when it comes to HTTP status codes, people keep on hardcoding them, and it leads to all sorts of confusion.
